Yahoo: Custom Briefing Setup
If you are having difficulty receiving briefings because they are going to your "Spam" folder, add the briefing email address to your Yahoo contacts. Yahoo will deliver mail to your inbox if it recognizes the sender's email as a contact. If you can't see images in your briefing, you can set Yahoo to display images for contacts. Here is how to add the briefing email address to your Yahoo contacts and to display images for all contacts:
Step 1
Open your custom briefing in Yahoo
Step 2
Click the "+Add" button to the right of the sender's email address
Step 3
Make sure the email address is correct and click "Save"
If you aren't seeing the images in your daily briefing, please follow these steps:
Step 1
Go to "Options" in the upper-right hand corner (near the search bar) and select "Mail Options"
Step 2
Click on "Spam" in the left-side module
Step 3
Select the botton next to "Show images only from my contacts and certified senders"
Step 4
Click "Save Changes"
Finished: Congratulations, you are setup!
Your briefing should display correctly now and should always be routed directly to your Inbox.
