Outlook: Custom Briefing Setup
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 will sometimes send briefing emails to your "Junk E-Mail" folder. It is also configured to automatically block image downloads from the Internet (a blocked image appears as a red X placeholder). If your briefing is being routed to your "Junk E-Mail" folder or if you cannot see images, do the following:
Step 1
Click on your briefing email
Step 2
Select the "Actions" tab on the top left of your screen (between "Tools" and "Help")
Step 3
Click on "Junk E-mail"
Step 4
Select "Add Sender to Safe Senders List"
Finished: Congratulations, you are setup!
Your briefing should be display correctly now and should be routed to directly to your Inbox.
